BOQ and drawing review
Send the BOQ, drawings and specification. We group items into packages, confirm quantities, standards and delivery phases, and flag gaps early.

KOG Group sources ceramic tiles, aluminium door and window systems, bathroom fittings and marble from Turkish manufacturers for developers and contractors. We work from your BOQ and drawings, validate every supplier and coordinate deliveries to match the construction program.
Turkey is a major producer of building materials, with large ceramic, aluminium, sanitaryware and natural stone industries. Ceramic production is concentrated in clusters such as Bilecik and Bozüyük, Çanakkale and Çan, and Eskişehir, and Afyonkarahisar is known for marble.
For contractors the practical advantage is breadth. Tiles, aluminium systems, bathroom fittings and stone for one project can come from one country, with consolidated logistics and a single coordination point.
We concentrate on finishing and envelope packages, where specification, volume and timing have the largest effect on cost and program.
In the EU, many construction products fall under the Construction Products Regulation. Where a harmonised standard applies, they need CE marking with a Declaration of Performance, for example under EN 14411 for ceramic tiles and EN 14351-1 for windows and external pedestrian doors.
Outside the EU, for example in the Gulf, local authority and consultant approvals usually apply. We collect the technical data sheets, test reports and samples your consultant needs for material submittals.
We check documents against the BOQ line by line, so the approved material is the one that arrives on site.
Shortages usually come from late orders, split production lots and missing breakage allowances. We plan orders against the construction program, ask for tiles from as few production batches as possible where shade consistency matters, and track each shipment until delivery.
In one of our projects, three residential towers with 240 apartments in Dubai, we sourced ceramic tiles, aluminium systems, bathroom fittings and marble. The client reported a 32% cost reduction and zero material shortages.

Our team uses AI tools to analyse each package, match it to Turkish manufacturers and benchmark prices against the market.
Specialists vet suppliers, collect data sheets, test reports and samples for your consultant's approval, and negotiate price, batch and payment terms.
We follow production, inspect lots before shipment and coordinate logistics in phases that match your construction program.
Turkish tiles are widely used in Europe. Tiles sold in the EU should be CE marked with a Declaration of Performance under EN 14411. We check that the documents match the exact series, size and finish in your BOQ, and that slip resistance and other properties meet your specification.
Yes. We source fabricated aluminium window and door systems to your drawings and performance requirements, such as thermal performance, air and water tightness and wind resistance. For the EU, EN 14351-1 applies to windows and external pedestrian doors, and we check the supplier's test data and CE documents.
We ask the manufacturer to produce each tile type in as few batches as possible, record shade and calibre codes, and include a breakage and spare stock allowance in the order. The pre-shipment inspection checks shade against the approved sample.
Yes. Most of our clients are in Europe and the USA, and we have also sourced building materials for a residential project in the UAE. Approval requirements differ by country, so we align documents and samples with your consultant from the start.
Where the schedule allows, we consolidate materials from several Turkish suppliers to reduce handling and plan container loading by package or phase. The best option depends on volumes and site storage, and we agree it with you per project.

Send your specification, drawings or BOQ. A procurement specialist reviews it and comes back with questions, a supplier approach and next steps.
